This month’s Employee Spotlight is Zach Gatton, our Director of Marketing (and my boss, which will in no way impact the tone of this bio). This month Zach will be celebrating his 3rd year work anniversary with Total Solutions. He does an extraordinary job managing the marketing team with kindness and benevolence unmatched in the greater Quad Cities area – possibly the universe. He is constantly coming up with innovative ideas for both Total Solutions and his clients. He has built remarkable relationships with his clients that have allowed their businesses to grow through a combination of creativity and strategy. We are so lucky to have Zach as a member of the Total Solutions team and would not be able to do it without him! Thanks for all you do Zach! Keep reading to learn more about Zach and the phenomenal work he does.

Every task or project can be an opportunity to prepare you for something new.

Being active and pretty below average at basketball, golf, running, and CrossFit. I should probably also mention spending time with my wife and daughter. And watching the Hawkeyes.

Living and during with every possession of the Iowa Hawkeye football and basketball seasons.
