This month’s employee spotlight is our wonderful Payroll Specialist Cindy! Cindy just celebrated her 10-year anniversary with Total Solutions in May. We are so lucky to have her on our team and can not thank her enough for all the work she has done over the years! Favorite memory of working at Total Solutions?
I have been at Total Solutions since we opened and just seeing how far we have come from there is amazing!
What has been your most rewarding accomplishment working at Total Solutions?
It is hard to choose, but I would say just getting new clients. Working with them for a smooth transition and getting them to a place where payroll is easy.
What is the best career lesson you have learned?
Everyone makes mistakes, own them, and learn from them.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Spending time outside with my family
