We’re happy to announce that we have hired Kristin Glass as our new president. Glass replaces Melissa Pepper, who has held the position since 2019.

Kristin currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce. She has worked at the Chamber since 2006, where she started as a marketing intern. Over the past 15 years, she has worked in various roles, including Vice President, Membership; Vice President, Investment Relations; and Interim CEO from 2017-2018. In her current role, she integrates the chamber’s strategic work plan into the organization, eliminates barriers, ensures the chamber remains in a strong financial position, manages special projects and supervises the leadership team. She is a Quad Cities native and St. Ambrose University graduate, a recipient of Leaders Under 40, and a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management (IOM).

Aaron Tennant, Total Solutions’ CEO, and founder, shared, “We are delighted to welcome Kristin to Total Solutions as our new leader. Her knowledge of the Quad Cities business community and her commitment to leading people will be tremendous assets as Total Solutions grows.”

Kristin will lead a team of 17 that serves over 100 clients throughout the Quad Cities region and beyond. Her role focuses on setting the strategic direction, identifying new opportunities, and creating a culture of engaged employees.

“I’ve had the privilege to learn from some of the best leaders over my 15 years at the Quad Cities Chamber. Their mentorship and my experience position me well for this new role. I am excited to lead Total Solutions into the future,” Kristin said of her move.

Kristin will begin on September 7. Please join us in welcoming Kristin!
